What is Holistic Wellbeing Coaching?

At the heart of Holistic Wellbeing Coaching is the belief that every person has the potential to lead a balanced, meaningful and joyful life. Yet, the pressures of daily life often disconnect us from our true selves and cloud our understanding of what we genuinely need and desire. We're conditioned to put others first, conform to external expectations, and navigate life through the noise of our busy minds. Using a holistic perspective, I guide you to move beyond your thoughts to reconnect with the wisdom of your body, heart, and soul, too. This integrated approach to wellbeing is what leads to lasting contentment, joy, and healing in our lives.

Our sessions are ultimately about the journey back home to yourself. You will begin to reconnect with yourself on a deep level and rediscover who you truly are, not who you think you ‘should' be. Holistic Wellbeing Coaching revolves around three key foundations:

Self- Care

Self- Discovery

Our sessions are tailored to you and your individual needs, but these three pillars form the basis of what we will explore together. Coaching isn’t only about achieving your goals and pushing to get you there. It’s also about learning to accept yourself on a deep level and nurturing yourself and your nervous system along the way. That way, you are able to balance the joy that comes with ‘doing’ and reaching your goals, with the peace of ‘being’ and feeling at ease in your daily life.

You deserve to live a life where you can love and accept all parts of yourself. You deserve to prioritise yourself and meet your needs. You deserve to go after your dreams and live the life that you desire. Our sessions will empower you to reconnect with your heart, quiet the inner doubts, and cultivate a sense of balance, fulfillment and happiness in your life.

WHAT THE SESSIONS INVOLVE...

  • 1-hour coaching sessions, available online or in-person at A Wee Retreat in Peebles.

​

  • A questionnaire to fill out before our first session, so you can start to connect with yourself and your desires. 

​

  • Notes after each session and supportive exercises, where appropriate, to explore between sessions.​

​

  • The option to bring other practices into our sessions, such as Reiki, somatic parts work, tapping, visualisation, somatic tools and mindfulness. â€‹

​​

  • Compassion and support from someone who truly believes in you.

​

  • Email support during working hours (Monday to Thursday). 

​

Investment:

FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY THE FIRST THREE SESSIONS ARE £30 PER HOUR

​

1 hour session - £50

90 minute session - £75

​​

4 x 1 hour sessions - £180

​

Please note that I recommend the first session be 90 minutes long so we can discuss your history and answers to the questionnaire in depth.
