I have been there myself, and I know all too well how difficult it can be to live with the uncertainty of chronic illness and the overwhelm of having to navigate it all. So, if you are looking for someone to walk this path with you, someone who has been there and has come through the other side, then I would be honoured to walk beside you on your journey.

What Is Mind-Body Coaching?
​
Mind-Body Coaching is about reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom. So often when we are unwell, we’re taught to view the body as something that is broken. We may use our minds to try to think our way out of illness – constantly researching the next treatment, believing that if we just think about the problem a bit more, we will find the solution to ‘fix’ our body. But what is your body isn’t broken and it has been trying to communicate with you all along? What if the body’s symptoms are messages, guiding us back to safety, healing and wholeness, and we what we really need is to learn to listen?

Mind-Body Coaching helps you to relearn the language of your body and tune into its messages, so you can start to create the safety within that your body needs to heal.

How Can The Sessions Help Me?

Our sessions are a compassionate, supportive and safe space to reconnect with yourself and figure out what you need to move forward on your journey. Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed by all the different treatment options, or you have started to explore nervous system work but it feels confusing and there is pressure to get it ‘right’. Together we will quieten the noise and help you reconnect with your intuition and your body’s wisdom, so you instinctively know what you need to do next to move forwards on your journey.

This kind of healing work isn’t about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. But it is about reconnecting with all parts of yourself, creating safety in your body and ultimately coming home to who you truly are - and that can be a magical journey

What We Can Explore Together
In our sessions, we’ll gently work together to guide your nervous system toward a state of safety and regulation, whilst also reconnecting you with your intuition and your body’s wisdom. With this understanding, you’ll feel empowered to take gentle, nurturing steps that align with your body’s needs and help you move forward on your journey.

1. Listen to Your Body's Messages

Learn to interpret the signals your body is sending, whether through symptoms, sensations, or emotions.

Learn to move out of ‘overthinking’ mode in the mind, and instead use your mind to interpret the messages from your body.

Develop compassion towards all parts of yourself, even those you may have unknowingly turned away from in the past.
2. Regulate Your Nervous System

Cultivate a deeper sense of safety in your body, using regulating tools and somatic practices.

Identify your nervous system’s default state, so you can tailor the exercises to your needs in the moment.
3. Reconnect with your true self

Rebuild trust and compassion in yourself, creating space to express your true self and live in alignment with your values.

Uncover what brings you joy, fulfillment, and allows you to move from surviving to thriving.

Learn to listen to the actions you need to take in order to meet your needs.
What to Expect in Our Sessions
Mind-Body Coaching sessions are compassionate, supportive, and designed to meet you where you are at. Each package is tailored to your unique needs and healing journey but generally includes:

A pre-session questionnaire to help you connect with yourself and your intentions for the session.

Detailed notes and supportive practices and tools to explore between sessions.

The option to include other mind-body tools where appropriate, such as EFT, Reiki, Somatic Parts Work, Visualiation and Mindfulness.

Compassionate guidance from someone who understands the ups and downs of the healing journey and truly believes in you.

Email support during working hours to help you feel supported between sessions.
